  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Used, worn, or damaged items.
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Washed or altered items.

4. How to Request a Refund

Step 2: Get Approval
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and mention the RA number clearly. Ship it to the address provided.

Step 4: Receive Refund
After inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection: 2–3 business days after item receipt.
  • Refund approval processing: 5–7 business days.
  • Credit card refunds: 7–14 business days (bank dependent).
  • Bank transfer refunds: 5–10 business days.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If the original method is unavailable, please contact customer support to arrange an alternative method.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if:

  • The item was defective or damaged.
  • We sent the wrong item.
  • The item received did not match the description.

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse shipping costs.
